These guys rescued me at such short notice when the bouncy castle firm I booked with initially let me down for my sons 1st birthday. I was panicking but then bounce away castles got recommended to me by a friend, I called them up hoping they could help with an hour or two to spare before the party started, but they put my mind at ease and assured me they would get to me as soon as possible, which they did, I am ever so grateful to the sister I spoke to and the brother who provided the bouncy castle both have excellent customer service skills and very professional and polite. I will definitely be booking you in the future as you are trustworthy and reliable thank you so much. I’m not one to write reviews unless I feel passionate about the customer service I have received. Fantastic company.

This is the first time we’ve hired a bouncy castle. After being let down last minute by a different company, we found Bounce Away Castles.

The 2 lads that set it up were brilliant. They turned up in good time, were friendly, professional and accommodating.

I’m more than happy with this company and will be using them again in the very near future.

We hired a bouncy castle (Mickey Mouse 12x12) from Bounce Away, this is the second year we have done so for our daughters birthday. They arrived promptly on hire day and were flexible on collection. Great service, great value for money! We will definitely be hiring from them again when our Son's birthday comes round next month. Would absolutely recommend.

Great experience!

Fantastic customer service! Quick set up and removal! We rented the princess castle and boy did the kids have a blast!!! We will definitely be renting from this company again . The bounce house was in amazing shape!!

Fantastic Service!

We got the toddler inflatable for my daughter's 2nd birthday and had an amazing experience. They dropped off the bounce house nice and early, then arrived promptly to clean it and get it back out of our yard. The kids had a blast and we will be booking with them every year going forward!
